Homeowners are coming together to refuse paying the recent special assessment for the HOA. The assessment was never approved by HOA delegates, would amount to an outstanding $800,000 for a mere 5 months, and would simply be more money in the hands of an unaccountable and dishonest HOA Board. The President was just convicted of four counts of felony theft. No wonder people are standing up and refusing to pay the assessment.

What is the status of the injunction to block the special assessment?
If the injunction has been denied, what are GVR residents and/or this action committee planning to do about the looming deadline to pay the assessments at the end of August?
FYI: I currently own three homes that are subject to the special assessment.
